400 Grams pre-cooked Shrimps
1 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Cup Beer (Your choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic it doesn’t make a difference)
1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Pre heat oil in frying pan until its ready for frying, then lower heat
Mix all ingredients together to make batter
Dip each shrimp into batter, and place into shallow bowl – repeat for all Shrimps
Dip remaining batter into bowl and take out shrimps in batches (4 or 5 at a time depending on the size of your frying pan) and deep fry on medium low heat until both sides are golden brown.
Serve hot with your choice of dip. I used tartar sauce for this one, but you can opt for a traditional cocktail sauce (simply mix ketchup and mayonnaise to your liking).
